HUsB Coordinators bring together historically underutilized small business owners (participants) with corporate and government volunteers (coordinators), for the purpose of development and contract opportunities.

HUsB Coordinators are a collaboration of sourcing, procurement and supplier development professionals from Central Indiana. Our goal is to maximize efforts to help the development of Historically Underutilized small Businesses (HUsBs).

Historically Underutilized small Businesses include:

Minority-owned business

Women-owned business

Disabled and veteran-owned business

Other small disadvantaged business

While many HUsBs seek to expand their business knowledge and contacts, many major corporations are seeking to expand their use of diverse suppliers in the business arena.

HUSB Day is an avenue to help in this endeavor. The HUsB Coordinators provide HUsB owners valuable information concerning procurement policies and procedures of government organizations and large corporations while providing networking opportunities.
